These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules for accessing and using the Enamored Records website and any related services (together, the "Service"), run by Enamored Records ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the Service, you're agreeing to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Service.

You must have reached the age of majority where you live and be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service, and you must use it in line with these Terms and any laws that apply to you.

3. Working with artists and submissions

Any music, artwork, demos, or other material you send us ("Submissions") stays yours unless we've agreed otherwise in a separate written contract. Sending us a Submission means you're confirming you have the rights to do so and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.

Details around releases, revenue splits, and rights handling are covered in separate agreements between you and Enamored Records, and those agreements take priority over these general Terms if there's a conflict.

Revenue split: by default, our distribution deals split net royalties 85% to the artist and 15% to Enamored Records, unless your individual agreement sets a different rate.

4. Intellectual property

Aside from material you own or license to us separately, everything on the Service — text, graphics, logos, layout — belongs to or is licensed by Enamored Records and is protected under copyright and other IP laws. You can't copy, alter, distribute, or build on it without our written go-ahead.

5. Third-party services and links

The Service may link out to other sites or platforms, including streaming services like Spotify. We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Using them is at your own risk and governed by their own terms.

6. No warranties

The Service is offered "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including around merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Enamored Records and its directors, employees, and affiliates aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
